Sr. Center Information

About the Sr. Center

The Douglass Sr. Center is located at 124 W. Fourth Street, Box 362, Douglass, KS  67039.   The building was completed in November, 1997.  The Senior Center offers lunches Monday thru Friday for $3.50 for seniors 55 or older.  Reservations can be made before 9:00 a.m. each day and the phone number is 746-3227.  Home cooked meals and home-made rolls are served each day with a Leftover Buffet on Friday.  Monthly menus are available at the Sr. Center.  On the First Monday of each month are Finger Foods and cards at 6:00 p.m.  The Second Tuesday of each month is the Casino Bus Trip.  The Third Monday of each month is Birthday & Anniversary, Covered Dish & Cards, also at 6:00 p.m.  The Third Saturday of each month is Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. for a charge of $2.50 per person.  Membership for the Senior Center is $1.00 (55 years or older) Lifetime Membership.  We welcome you to stop by and visit the Center and if you're interested in being a member or a volunteer, we'd be most happy to have you join us.
